GDPR Statement

In accordance to GDPR we only request and store the necessary personal information we need. Please see below for how we use and store your information:

Your full name - So we can address you correctly in the studio and ensure all communication is with the correct person.

Date of birth - So we can wish you a happy birthday, to help us identify clients that may have identical names and for emergency services in case of an emergency whilst at the studio.

Address - To aid the emergency services in the case of an emergency whilst at the studio.

Your GP details - required to aid in the event of an emergency and for advice if required.

Allergies - To ensure nothing we use during a treatment or around you at the studio can cause you harm, irritation or any other complications and to adhere to the terms of our insurance.

Medical history including procedures, diseases and conditions that may impact the treatment being given. Medical history is needed to allow us to perform our treatments safely and adhere to the terms of our insurance.

Medication - Some medications can be a contraindication to treatment or react with products we use.  It is essential we know details to protect you the client and adhere to our insurance terms.

Treatment history - This is to comply with insurance terms and also to make sure there is sufficient time between treatments to allow for adequate recovery if required.

Your consent to use treatments photos or videos – Photos or videos may be required for marketing purposes. These are stored on studio devices and only accessible by the studio owner.  We will always ask your permission before both capturing and using any photos and videos taken.

Your contact preferences – We will return messages/contact you regarding your appointment. We will not send you any marketing communication or special offers without your consent to receive this.

Your signature (or typed name)- To prove it is you who will be attending the studio and as legal confirmation that you have answered all the questions on your consultation form, with honesty, to the best of your knowledge and that you understand the Aftercare advice. It also confirms you agree to Nuakh Facial Studio holding your data on consultation/consent forms on our devices which are securely kept in our studio. This includes appointment conversations which are also only accessible to the studio owner through these devices.

We DO NOT sell or share your personal data with anyone else. No other third party including our accountant services, has any access to client personal data. Data is only accessible by the studio owner.

In the event of a breach of personal data you will be contacted by Nuakh Facial Studio within 72 hours of discovery.

You have the right to be forgotten. If at any time you no longer wish your details to be stored on our site or devices, we will delete your data including correspondence from our devices. Please note, for insurance and legal purposes, we will need to keep treatment records for a minimum of 3 years.

You have the right to access your personal data that Nuakh Facial Studio holds and can request a copy of client consultation forms and treatment records which will be provided in a deadline of one month from request.

You have the right to rectification if it is incomplete, incorrect or out of date.

You have the right to data portability if you wish us to transfer some personal data to other business or premises.

You have the right to object to processing and direct marketing.

Your data can remain in one place but not used.
