These terms apply to all bookings, treatments and gift vouchers at Nuakh Facial Studio. By booking a treatment or using a gift voucher, you agree to them.

1. Bookings and consultation forms

Every client must complete a consultation form before their appointment. Treatments cannot go ahead without a completed consultation form.

If the form has not been completed by the time of your appointment, your treatment may be cancelled or rescheduled.

If a deposit is taken for your booking, it is non-refundable.

2. Health information

You must disclose all relevant health details on your consultation form, including medical conditions, medication, allergies, skin conditions and pregnancy.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if any necessary health details have not been disclosed. This is to keep you safe and make sure your treatment is suitable for you.

If anything changes after you have completed your consultation form, such as new medication, pregnancy or a recent cosmetic procedure, you must tell us before your appointment.

If your consultation form shows any contraindications, we cannot carry out the treatment. This is for your safety.

3. Gift vouchers

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
• Your booking must be made before the expiry date shown on the voucher. The appointment itself can take place after the expiry date, but no bookings can be made with a voucher once it has expired.
• Rescheduling a voucher booking may be possible, but depends on availability and is at our discretion.
• Expiry dates cannot be extended.
• Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Minimum age

Our treatments are for clients aged 18 and over. Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who must give their approval for the treatment. We must also approve the treatment before it goes ahead.

5. Late arrivals

If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened so the next client is not delayed. The full price of the treatment will still apply.

6. Results

Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.

7. Conduct

We reserve the right to end a treatment if a client behaves inappropriately. No refund will be given.

8. Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our GDPR Statement.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
